This Kaiseki video, is one of the most complete banmae cooking videos, I have ever seen Let customers understand how each dish is from start to finish, As for the critics of this film, When you eat these dishes in other places Before you see the whole cooking process Didn't you also have a great time eating? If you see it now, it will be sad for the food It means you are a sympathetic person!! So many masters of Japanese cuisine Will always say this to customers "Please thank the food, please cherish the food" 這個影片 是我看過最完整的 板前料理 影片之一 讓客人了解 每一道料理 是怎樣開始到完成 至於批評這影片的人 當你們在別的地方也是吃這些料理 在你們沒有看到整個料理過程下 你們不是也吃得很開心? 如果你現在看到會替食物難過 代表你是一位有同情心的人!! 所以很多日本料理的大師 都會跟客人說這樣一句話 《請感謝食物、請珍惜食物》

Yeah like the fish in the begin. They are not suffering unnecessary, strung in a metal stik and flooded in salt, ALIVE. Yeah, not unnecessary. Taste change if they are dead when you cross their head right to the end of the fish XDXDXD
I will say one thing, they don’t waste anything.

In Asia, the Chinese softshell is used in the preparation of several meals such as turtle soup and hōtō noodles. Because of their drastic population fall in the wild, they are extensively farmed as food. Millions are farmed around the world making them the world's economically most important turtle
