Yes, because it is Zac’s or Zigbee you will need to connect to hub. Let me know if you need some suggestions.
What if it doesn’t reset mine doesn’t flash twice or light a Christmas tree and it does rehand what should I do ?

With 916 you will need to do it through the app

Smart Home Helper question the reason I did it because when my door is locked it auto locks but every 30 seconds later it we’ll lock but the door is already lock do you know why that would happen?
