Your video helped me. It's a different process for my lock, you hold the program button and then tap it, instead of holding the lock button, but once I got it to align itself, it's smoother than ever. Thank you!

Lmao… this is in the owners manual.. already tried this and several other things.. so I’ll continue to do what she said I wouldn’t do, and keep watching more videos.. in the mean time the company is sending me a brand new upgraded model for free. So do what I did.. not her, call the company. And they’ll warranty it out. 🎉
