Oh they absolutely do deserve it, just if it actually happened then Kurapika would have accomplished his one goal without anything else in mind which would have left him empty. As much as the Troup should go down this was the best way for Kurapika's mental.

It's positively shocking to think the Hisoka "joining" the Phantom Troupe may have elevated the morality average of its members.

Specifically, they had all been tortured while facing each other, showing signs of non fatal stabbings. The outsiders that had been married into the clan were more brutalized and then killed to agitate the purebloods, at which point they started beheading the Kurta one by one.

And yet.. He's way more intelligent and is actually able to maintain the rage. Not like someone else who lost their red eyes clan and seeks revenge.

Ironic but fitting how Gon, once a happy go lucky guy wanted to dissuade Kurapika from taking revenge, but in Kurapika’s situation, Gon wouldn’t just become the Phantom Troupes bane, he’d become their devil, making every single member endure a torturous death.

This is why you know Kurapika is a good person and a great friend, cause if he was really driven by vengeance(as what he was depicted as be) he could've traded both his friends(gon and killua) to kill Chrollo, i mean, he had him on choke hold, the leader of the spiders, probably the strongest NEN users in the franchise, but he didn't. His compassion and love for his friends supersedes his hatred to the phantom groupe.

They are human, that's the point. The people we call monsters in this world are just as human as the rest of us and that....should terrify us. That a creature could love so much but would kill with such little sympathy. That disconnect is the core of humanity.

I wouldn't be worried. Sanji is the 3rd brother, 'san' is 3 in Japanese. The green brother Yonji is the one who's in trouble 😆💀

If you think about it, in myths/legends phantoms are beings that came back from the afterlife, and cheat death or the god of death. And kurapika is known as the god of death while his mortal enemies are called the phantom troupe, so it makes sense.

Kurapika is one of those characters that we all loved and is all of our favorites that just didn’t get enough screen/panel time. Am I the only one who thinks this? I really wished the story revolves around him more tbh his character and a back story as golden as this was just too freaking good. And his Nen Ability is one of the best in the series IMO. Still one of my favorite anime/manga characters too this day. 🙌🙌💯

Spoilers for the hxh manga Kurapika, is that main character of the new arc(black whale, or pre dark continent arc) and has a very interesting role in everything that's happening with the dark continent, so if you want more kurapika content, the manga is your best bet

Kurapika could've taken Uvo's eyes and shipped it to the PT through Hisoka

I really hope we get more of the Kurapika story and Melody story. There are so many different roads that Togashi-San can go down and create a massive anime world of Hunter x Hunter. Togashi-San needs to get artist that are of the same style to handle that part whilst he writes the stories.

Not quite but near, he is half angel and half harbinger of death.

What enraged me the most is that, Kurapika purpose might have been wanting The Troupe to suffer the same feeling of his clan when they were killed, but I think they probably see this coming, like they do all the evil deeds knowing someday someone will seek them for vengeance, and they accept that, they won't feel grieve or anger, unlike those innocent people, suffer all the pains not understanding why that happened to them. Like Uvo said, he feels nothing while killing them, so he probably don't give 2 shit when someone can actually killed him, and so does everyone in the Troupe.

I was always waiting for Kurapika to be revealed to be a girl the whole time I watched Hunter X Hunter.
