Ive been doing a morning and an evening kriya for maybe a couple of weeks? But oh my the shift of energy, the shift in mindset, the improved posture, the light heartedness, the calm... i feel i have upgraded my spiritual journey like from a broom to a wireless vacuum cleaner if that makes sense! Sorry for my strange analogy 🤣 much love and light to all! 🙏🏻

This was just what I needed. I was feeling triggered and towards the end of the practice, I could breath so much better than at the start and I feel so much more calm and at ease with my reality. I’m going to be incorporating this kriya every night for a while to help me shift ❤
The second day I practiced Kundlini yoga I felt a headache in my head I prostrated how does the extra energy behave You are a great teacher Thank you I feel better inside my soul is great I hope I reach what I want

I've started following you I'm very basic like a stiff old board and loving every second thank you ✨
Im doing this yoga to help in my sikhi… in sikhi we meditate on gods name ‘waheguru’ the most powerful mantra i really recommend after this yoga to also do waheguru simran (meditation) outloud for 10/15 even 5 mins it’s amazing

I am looking to balance chakras and awaken the kundalini. My search led me here. Has anyone had success spiritually with this particular video?

This is a good start... circulation of energy is important to balancing the Chakra system. I am a Kundalini instructor, and to truly awaken Kundalini, you need to commit to at least 40 days of a practice that moves through each Chakra, from Mudulahara to Sahasrara.
Please can you tell me if this'll be okay if i have a bad back & neck as well as other things??
I use enemas and yoga for detoxing, fitness, health and wellness.
