    I just heard about this kundalini yoga a few days ago. I would like to try it, but i read and watched videos about the kundalini awakening and it seemed scary to me. Some people say it's dangerous. My questions are, may I do this kind of yoga at home alone as a beginner and if I may, how many days should I do a week?

    It's normal to feel scared trying new things. Not everything is for everyone. If something makes you feel good than great, if something doesn't than you move on. Simple as that. Listen to inner guidance.

    I am a kundalini teacher and something I learned in training is the importance of sticking with it- part of our training was to do the same practice 40 days in a row, and that is a really great way to get the full experience and really see what the exercise was intended to do. The awakening is only scary if you are afraid of your own emotions- because that is what happens , old emotions and memories come up to be cleared and healed. By committing to the 40 day practice you can work through the emotions as you come back to the mat day after day. Kundalini yoga is life changing, for the better, do not fear your own enlightenment/ awakening.

    Sat nam Marco, Impossible is the obstacle, the block. When we focus on the barrier we stop. When we focus on the breath, use our prana to carry and support us through the resistance of the mind to stress, we achieve what we felt was impossible. Marco, practice this kriya every day for 40 days without missing a day and you will make the impossible possible; and not just the physical exercises. Be certain to set your intent to define what you need to bring into your existence. x

    @@kimilla ok, you are right! Impossible is not correct, but this kriya is really hard! I tried 2 min. each exercises and wow! Sweat sweat sweat! Thank you for your job. I'm looking for one video about the arc line
