In this yoga class, we work on the CORE and the ABS! It feels like a yoga workout but is actually a really powerful practice for stepping out of victimhood and into your own power. The ancient yogis knew that if we wanted major transformation, then we had to work with the energy around the navel. There are over 72,000 nadis, or energetic pathways, that meet at the navel center, or Manipura chakra. So if we want to change our energy in a very short amount of time and step into our strength, then working with the core is the most effective way to do this. This practice will supercharge your energy and help you step into your inner power! Don't forget to take breaks as you need to and then come back into the exercise as you're ready.

    Hi Brett I woke up this morning? Possibly, acknowledging that it was a while since I did kundalini after a break from yoga... Then I did a calming practice that sneaked in abs, the thought sneaked in, oh yeah I forgot need to practice abs toning When I saw this ...I resisted your practice, half hour, watching start of romcom..2night stand 🙂 I gave myself half hour to prepare for something I needed more.. And oh yes this works abs..sweetly.. I would say I was focusing more than usual..and noticed that I became complacent..when I heard you say last minute etc..I think I kept the focus up in the uncertainty of time left Which I acknowledged I prefer.. Focusing in uncertainty.. has a ring to it for a meditation practice x💖
