Kuih Seri Muka sukatan cawan yang mudah
Bahan-bahan:
Bahagian pulut
2 1/2 cawan beras pulut
1 cawan santan pekat
1 1/2 cawan air
1 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu minyak masak(kalau menggunakan santan kotak..sekiranya
menggunkan santan fresh..tak payah letak)
2 helai daun pandan
kukus selama 30 minit atau sehingga masak
Bahagian pandan
1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan air pandan
2 cawan santan pekat
1 cawan air
2 biji telur
1 cawan gula
pewarna hijau+kuning
paste pandan
kukus selama 30@40 minit atau sehingga masak.
guna loyang 9 inci
kukus menggunakan api sederhana besar

Sy dah try resepi nie sis..Dh buat 2 kali.Untuk jualan dan untuk family makan.Cuma sy kurangkn sukatan air di lapis pandan.Sy guna 2 cawan santan dan 1 cawan air pandan..

Saya dah cuba buat.. Alhamdulillah kena sangat dengan selera saya.. Saya cuma tak tahu macam mana nak simpan je kuih ni.. Sebab lepas masuk peti, pulut tu jadi keras dan berderai walaupun saya dah biar dalam 30 minit baru makan.. Macam mana ya simpan kuih2 berpulut dalam peti? Sebab saya pun buat utk makam sendiri je..

Glutinous rice layer 2 1/2 cup of glutinous rice 1 cup coconut milk 1 1/2 cup of water 1 teaspoon Salt 1 cup of cooking oil (optional) 2 pandan leave Soak glutinous rice with water and drain. Use 9 inch square pan and grease with cooking oil or margarine or line with plastic wrap. Mix coconut milk, water, salt and the rice. Pour it into cake pan, topped with the pandan knots. Steam for 30 minutes or until it fully cooked. After 30 minutes, fluff up the rice and remove pandan knots. Then, using a greased spatula, flatten the steamed rice. Make sure there are no holes and gaps in the rice. Steam for another 10 minutes. Pandan layer 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour 1 cup of Pandan juice 2 cup of coconut milk 1 cup of water 2 eggs (grade A) 1 cup of sugar Green & yellow food colouring Pandan paste Combine pandan juice, coconut milk, wheat flour and sugar. Mix well. Add eggs and whisk well then strain into a medium sized pot. Place pandan mixture over simmering water Stir continuously and cook till custard starts to thicken. Pour pandan custard into glutinous rice layer, give it a little tap and continue to steam for 30 minutes or until it cooked. Tq.

Selain gula sebagai pemanis boleh tak jika guna susu pekat sebagai pemanis boleh ke?Sebab saya tak boleh comsume grain sugar...tapi kueh ni saya suka makan, nak buat sendiri lagi best.... 😅
