80 percent of the time that's caused by gasket glue or debris clogging up the tiny oil jets. Usually glue on the base gasket breaking loose.

Why do you bore the head and cap separately, wouldn't you get a better cut done together ? thanks Chris

hello are you in repair my heads with ktm sxf350? seized on the intake shaft, the exhaust shaft is perfect. if so then please reply
