Does this tool work with Namura pistons,? they look like OEM sruff.

I have the 350 piston circlip tool direct from KTM. Try as I might I can't for the life of me get it to work.

Does this work for a Yamaha 250f?

No, it has to fit the wrist pin, and the KTM/Husky cir-clips have a locating tab on them. Sorry. -Charles

Work on 350s?

Do you have any recommendations for tools for the Vertex circlips? Those bad boys will not go in without one of then landing in your eye at the speed of light. I'm not sure why KTM and Vertex make them so stiff since for example the ProX/Mitaka circlips can be installed almost without any tools, and I've yet to have a bike fail with those.

Those clips are tough! The only option I know of on those is to use the screw driver as a ramp and take small bites to work it on. If I find a better solution I'll let you know! -Charles

2 strokes are better than 4 strokes

Poor illustration all I saw was a tool you put in the ristpin and turned. Didn’t show how it bites the circlip as your installing it.

So what about the people who love 2strokeS,, we don't count ???? I'm pRetty sure those manufacturers make 2stroks also ,,, we still survive 2stroke all the way !!!!

I wish they made a tool for the 2-strokes! The OEM 4 stoke clips are a lot stiffer and almost impossible to install without this tool. -Charles

@@rmatvmc Pit Posse makes one in 15, 18, 20, 22 MM. The 15mm tool states that it is for 125-150cc 2 strokes.

Don’t waste your money. Did work for shit. Ended up using screw driver and my thumb. Total waste of money
