I can never understand why absurdly rich people aren’t some of the most environmentally friendly people. The biggest thing that “poorer” people can’t do is afford things that are more environmentally conscious, as they’re almost always double if not triple the price. So why tf are these rich people choosing to willingly support these types of companies.

Sustainable clothes is not the most affordable due to it being eco friendly and longer lasting clothes, it would need to be a bit more pricey. Places likes old navy and h&m even is a bit pricey as well, or rather it has gotten a bit higher in price. This makes no sense. She’s coming out with a line in “fast fashion” but trying to help the planet. Makes absolutely no sense lol If we want to make a change we can. We don’t support these brands by buying from them and supporting the people that continue to not help. Like putting money into these brands is making them able to continue to do this. We can change that, really.

This fits on brand for kourtney specifically though - she always tried to separate herself from her sisters and this was probably why. Kourtney always cared about being more natural, organic and green and it shows with her body too! So I believe Kourtney but not the other sisters since it’s not on brand for the rest of them. If this was Kim we were talking about it would upset me more. And no you can’t support “vintage” sellers because they also sky rocket the prices if not MORE and there’s only so much fashionable vintage pieces to buy in the first place so the demand for vintage pieces will just drive shops and the original brands to remake those vintage pieces once again.

So the cloth that you are not use anymore can be opened, make it into the small yarn such of thing then we can mix it with cotton to make recycle yarn. And our yarn can be used for cloth again for lower grade of clothes or denim or working gloves or canvas clothes..that is sustainability

I’m so glad that this puts a light on the pressure companies put on consumers to do better when they’re the ones that are doing things that completely outweigh anything we could do as individuals. Yes, we should buy less and use what we already have and be very mindful when we buy but these rich people and corporations are so beyond that. They are the least sustainable. Sustainability by definition must include a balance between people, finances, and environment. I’m so sick of greenwashing and lack of federal regulation on this, we need to elect officials that care too.
