I purchased a Kamado Joe Konnect on 6/22/2023. Once I unboxed it, I started to realize that it was improperly assembled at the factory. The lower lid band bolt was stripped, the lower gasket was improperly installed. These problems made it so the lid would not close properly. I tried to adjust the lid accordance with their instructions, but had to cut the lower band belt bolt and replace with another bolt in order to adjust. I opened a support ticket with customer support and it took over a month for them to respond. Currently, the grill sits out on my patio unusable, and I am getting very little support from Kamado Joe.
