I think it’s more like low-mid difference. The best showing skar king had was at the start of his fight with Kong in hollow earth, where he outmaneuvered kong with the whiplash and actually did some damage on kong. But then he went too close and Kong literally body slammed him. After that he had to rely on shimo. Then, in the last fight kong had the beast glove, and it was obvious that skar king was no longer on his level, only hitting kong 2-3 times. So here is what I’d go with: Kong without beast glove: Mid-High diff Kong with beast glove: Low-mid diff
