Don't no man, his atomic breath also did something to shimo, when he was coming from the holow Earth he shooted it in shimo stomach and trowned him away, also hurting, the spiral atomic breath should have done something based on that but for some reason it didn't. Also i think we didn't saw godzilla evolved full capacity in the movie, i mean the fight was to short and in some times most focused on skar King against kong and not shimo against goji. I think in a fight to death godzilla evolved wins extreme diff, because i feel like he was holding his energy output, using a litle more just when he goes supercharged evolved(basicly when he do the super atomic breath), i mean he is supposed to have more atomic energy than even thermo but somehow he looked weaker, i feel like because he now have 100% control of this new energy(unlike thermo) he was just holding it back, he doesn't wanted to use all of it because he would need time for a natural recharge. maybe in the next movie we will see more.
