Godzilla was not acting like a jerk towards Kong, Godzilla is the King of the Monsters and King of the superfice and He told Kong in Godzilla vs Kong movie that Kong could Live but in hollow earth. Godzilla was thinking in GXK that Kong came back to Challenge him and this was confirmed by the directors also Godzilla is a territorial alpha King so any alpha like Godzilla would have attack Kong so no Godzilla was not a jerk, Godzilla is a True alpha King. Godzilla's pulse attack in France was a classic Godzilla moment. Loved every scene with Kong and Suko developing a father-son relationship. I thought I would hate the idea of a mini Kong but it was phenomenal. Godzilla and Mothra's reunion was beautiful. This movie had it all and I love it to death.

The scene with kong and godzilla running side by side gave me so much joy

Super Charged Godzilla charging up his atomic breath was my fav scene of the movie. The pink really added onto the scene because of how unique it made it look.

Nnnnnnnnn-ope!! He’s speaking the truth. I saw it with my own two eyes in the movies. The ape guard was all in Kong’s face, screaming and roaring beserkingly, to try intimidate the legendary ape Kaiju to submit. But Kong was not - and I mean NOT - swayed, intimidated nor fazed at all by this overgrown Karen in an ape’s body. For he was not unfamiliar to other monsters that roared that close to his face! After a couple of seconds of putting up with its raging furry giant Karen’s running big mouth, he silenced him for good with a single punch that sent him flying and landing on the ground, unconscious.

Godzilla unleashing an Electromagnetic Pulse after absorbing the Nuclear Reactor's radiation was visually stunning. Basically a controlled Thermonuclear Godzilla.

In this scene 3:11 Mothra sounds like she is saying your welcome which is really nice

The "Kong punches a monke" moment always cracks me up, cause the ape looked like he died 🤣🤣🤣

Fun fact : godzillas behaviour while he was sleeping in the colloseum and some other parts was based on the directors cat, mischief.

Kong using suko as a bat has definite "im about to use this mf to beat that mf." Vibes to it

It's silly and cheesy but it's so fun and joyful. Great movie just like GvK.

Godzilla suplexing Kong was the best moment of the movie. So perfect.

sware when I was in the theater watching the movie, I heard someone shout "but Kong he's just a little guy!" when he used Suko as a bat.

OMG, I can't believe you didn't have the scene in which Mothra knocks Godzilla on his ass & Godzilla meets Jia! What a moment! It demonstrated just how powerful Mothra is, despite her frailty in form compared with other Titans. It was incredible to see Jia walking toward Godzilla & Godzilla looking at her. I love that they gave Godzilla some personality, too. Mothra looked BEAUTIFUL in this film. It was that golden glow & the details in her close-ups! Godzilla coming to understand what they wanted through some combination of telepathy from Jia & communication from Mothra was something we've never seen before in the Monsterverse. FANTASTIC SCENE! That might even be my #1.

This will forever be my favorite monster movie so far in 2024.

One of my favorite parts is when Kong is jumping into the portal to hollow earth and Twilight Zone song is playing, chills!

Mini Kong joining King Kong was my favorite. 🎉

That punch Kong did on Scar King when he trying to kill Suko was cold

Seeing Godzilla and Kong defeated Skar King was the best part.

Quick honourable mention I want to throw in is when Trapper brought in the flock of Vertacines to slow down Scar king and his forces.

This had to be the most destructive and brutal monsterverse movie ever yet, Godzilla going around the world destroying monsters and collecting radiation for energy to evolve is just menacing and was very intense to watch. And watching 4 main kaijus brawl in brazil makes me shiver to my core

The final battle with Godzilla, Kong and mothra vs Skar King, Godzilla evolution journey, Godzilla vs scylla

One of my favorite scenes from that movie was when Kong first showed up where the other apes and one of the enforces got in Kong's face. The enforcement was growling and snarling and kung's face and just one punch knocked the involves out. Which showed Tom was not someone to trifle with. Another one was actually in the mid Battle of the Brazil where Kong punched scar King and made him lose a tooth, which actually was reflected when Kong in the beginning of the movie had a get his tooth replaced which Scott King pointed out the fact and laughed about it when they first met. Karma Another good scene is when Kong gathered the hyena like kaiju's to eat and his tooth was bothering him, the lizard Kaiju that people nickname Doug was trying to steal some of Kong's food.

The first time I watched it, the whole theater cheered when Kong and Godzilla ran side by side.

Godzilla throughout GxK was a savage, a beast, and also a literal cat. Kong throughout GxK was a beast and very expressive. Skar King throughout GxK was a great villian and *insert Skar King laugh here.* Shimo throughout here was- abused, but also a savage. Suko was a baseball bat and a beautiful character to have here too.

Honestly, there were too many awesome moments in this movie. But some of my favorites are when Godzilla and Kong fight in Egypt and watching Kong trying to tell Godzilla was pretty funny. Also seeing the interactions between Kong and Suko was just amazing. And seeing Godzilla, Kong, Mothra, and even Suko team up to take on Scar King and Shimo was so awesome and full of badass moments. And even the human story in this movie is good too. I will say, I wasn't expecting Mothra to be in the movie at all. And when I saw her show up, I was in both shock and awe as I saw her show up, and it was so beautiful. And to top it off, Godzilla sleeping in the Rome Colosseum after his first fight and at the end was so cute and adorable. He's just like a cat. And speaking of those scenes, the director was inspired by his real life cat doing that. That alone makes it even more awesome and cute. It is an awesome time to be a Godzilla fan this year.

I'll never forget the moment when all the apes started chanting and bellowing at the start of Kong's first fight with the Skar King. It was like orcs from Warcraft cheering for a Mak'gora. Kong getting that super-cool metal arm attachment is a favorite of mine, too.

Watching Kong use Suko as a weapon was really fun to watch. My friend and I laughed really hard at that part in the theaters.

godzilla's "you just didn't learn from last time don't you!?" charge while kong tried to get him to chill out/just dragging him to the portal i loved visually showing of their personalities(kong being reasonable & quick to show his care like decking the skar king's henchman protecting the captured ape/him happily crying seeing kong alive at the end & godzilla being a well intentioned if grumpy quick jump to rage needs to communicate better old man.) kong just swinging suko was hilariously blunt just showing kong will wreck you if you antagonize him. felt a bit bad for tiamat where compared to scylla causing trouble(also implied from a comic godzilla viewed her as a lost cause for actively attacking.) she was just defending her home when godzilla broke through. really loved jia's story as the only other non serizawa character i cared about in monsterverse(outside john c reily's character in skull island/bernie in this.) as i liked her finding her people lived amongst the titans in hollow earth choosing to stay with ilene alongside becoming the monsterverse equivalent to the shobujin for mothra as i loved her return(was so happy as it was my biggest wish/seeing godzilla so glad to see his friend back alongside kong meeting her that i hope we see rodan come back as well as reintroduce anguirus as i'd love legendary godzilla being best friends with him like before alongside kong/mothra.:3)

For people and you Watchmojo who don't know, if you read the prequel graphic novel to Godzilla vs Kong, Godzilla Dominion Scylla grew tired of following Godzilla's rules so she decided not to follow his rules anymore. She attacks a nuclear sub to contain her hunger and Godzilla realizes if she eats it she will destroy the entire ecosystem of humans and nature so they duke it out. Then she escapes Godzilla's wrath and then later in the prequel novel to GxK: The New Empire, Godzilla x Kong: The Hunted, she changes her color from brown and grey to red, to state herself as the alpha titan and Godzilla knows she is a Destroyer Titan so he had enough of her and she decided to terminate this octopus/crab spider-thing. Another thing is that Tiamat faced Godzilla before. In Godzilla Dominion, the G-Man was about to head back to his old lair from which he was forced away by his old rival, one of the members of the Great Apes before he faced Kong. He calls to hear if his old enemy is still there but it turns out he was already died, and Tiamat is now in his old territory. She gives Godzilla good money but he is able to defeat her by stomping his foot onto her 3 times and roars at her to submit and she does and swam off to find another new home. We don't know why he went after Tiamat to kill her and take her powers but she's also considered a Destroyer just like Scylla and he decided to end her too because he figured she may pose a threat too. And that is how she meets her end in the clutches of Godzilla.

Fun fact: Gia is deaf in real life

I watched Godzilla x Kong in 4DX theaters it was amazing so much action and awesome battle

pretty sure u mean Gojira not Gojiro. Gojiro is the 1991 debut novel by former Esquire columnist Mark Jacobson. For me, the absolute best moment was right before the hollow earth zero g fight when the two sides charged each other. I don’t care if it’s a small group, an entire army, or just a one v one. Any scene with two sides charging toward each other will forever be my favourite type of action.

All of the screen time with Shimo are the best scenes. New coolest monsterverse kaiju in my opinion.

My Favorite part was Egypt Godzilla winning again and then before Godzilla tried to kill Kong again Mothra came to save him and tell her King that he needs your help and you 2 need to squash your beef

I really loved this movie. I expected to be disappointed in it (I am a HUGE Godzilla fan from way back), but I wasn't-it was a fun film. It could have done without profanity, but sadly in the world we live in, it is a rare movie that doesn't have vulgar language

Love how we get more story and expression from the giant monsters than the human characters.

I love me a great all out Monster battle and Godzilla X Kong delivered with flying colors! The tag team battle in Rio has to be my favorite, with the battle in Hollow Earth, and the Egypt battle as the runner ups. I was cheering like a sports fan during the final battle, it was SO good!

Kong is such a nice guy. He literally used a child like a pair of nunchucks, and that child still took his side.

Definitely seeing Kong and Godzilla team up that was a dream team and also definitely seeing Godzilla new form and seeing him nap in the rome Coliseum definitely was insanely cute imo

The Zero Gravity fight was my favorite monster spot. Once 5he first trailer showed that Godzilla was going to fight in the Hollow Earth at some point I really hoped they would use the lack of gravity to give us some Showa era type spots.
