Also skullcrawlers have a large population and even sometimes they’ll eat each other if given the chance like for example the mother would sometimes eat her young

Saw this in theaters with my parents and we were completely blown away by the visuals and its pretty impressive.

-Kong in this film was a teenager. -the scene with the spider is disturbing when you realize that spider (the Mother Longlegs) didn't just stab him through the mouth, but was feeding on him as well, and he was still alive. -Kong hates the Skullcrawlers because he actually watched as his parents were torn apart by them as soon as he was born (in the Birth of Kong comic). -The small skullcrawlers were in a constant state of starvation because they had extremely high metabolisms. It was so bad that the Monarch scientists classified them as "hypervores".

Juvenile Skullcrawlers are easily distinguishable from adults. Their heads are smaller and more sloped. They also possess a more prominently brown skin tone. Adult Skullcrawlers are much larger, with most being almost the same size as Kong. Their heads are more defined, larger, and somewhat angled. Their tails are armed with a form of a club that can be used as a weapon, and they also have distinct bone-like spikes protruding from their elbows.

Despite being a King Kong movie, it's very different from the previous films. I recommend watching the 1933 original and 2005 Peter Jackson remake. Samuel L. Jackson's character is heavily inspired by Captain Ahab from Moby Dick

I think the movie would have been better if they cut Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson and that Monarch woman out and go for a more Band of Brothers type movie with the Nam soldiers, Marlow and Packard were great in this and if they focused a bit more on Rander and the other guy his death would have been more emotional, just spit balling what ifs.

Godzilla is more predatory then kong Godzilla will go out and hunt other monsters and he cares about being an alpha of all the other monsters. Kong on the other hand is the opposite he is more survival then anything else he hunts and eats what he kills and kong does not care for being an alpha he won’t compete with Godzilla for that role but kongs race his people are alpha status meaning they have the ability to be in control or kong is able to like step into that role if he chose to but kong doesn’t he just wants to be on his island and he will protect the people on that island but even tho kong is an alpha but doesn’t choose to play that role with other monsters don’t mean he won’t fight for his status kong would die before submitting to any other creature that what makes him so different to the other monsters he is rare and is nothing like the others they follow the rules they will bow to whoever is alpha kong won’t he has free will there is a comic showing his back story of how his family died there was a war and basically his mother was pregnant during their final stand and she had started to give birth to kong on the spot as she is helping his father fight the crawlers so she hides kong in a cave as his dad holds them off and then they eventually get overwhelmed and die and kong saw the whole thing it’s very tragic actually he also has a lot of emotions and empathy he is almost human like I love kong I love Godzilla to but kong is my favorite
