Knit a Smooth Neckline From the Bottom Up with the Sloped Cast Off

In this tutorial, I show you how I shaped the knit neckline for my Vote For Pedro T-shirt using the sloped cast off method.
For the first cast off, you can cast off as many stitches as you like for the centre of the neckline. The more you cast off, the fewer you will need to shape using the sloped cast off method.
