Really cool that he keeps working while taking care of his child. He even has an area for the children. Probably really cool to see your dad work and workout.

I'd agree but then 90% of what's available is still influencer regurgitate. People are still being bombarded by diarrhoea sleet. But I guess it's easier to find if you're motivated.

Ben honoring his role as father before coach which is respectable.
So crazy that this guy is the strongest man. To be his size and to be in the same ranks of Brian Shaw, Thore, and Eddie Hall is incredible. He's not small by all means, but to beat Brian Shaw at his size is incredibly impressive.
Mitchell is becoming my favorite strongman to follow on youtube, absolutely love the vide and the content. He truly is a sportsman !

Wow! This just goes to show that there is always something new to learn. The fact that The KOT guy could make The WSM rep to failure and get winded is a testament to his methods of strength training! I'm impressed so much by both these guys!!!
The collab I never thought would happen. Hooper is an amazing learner.

Mitchell I've been a huge fan of Ben Patrick AND you for a while and can't tell you how excited I was to see this pop up on my feed. Not too often this much class is in the same room. Much respect
Seeing that deadlift last year just before they announced you to be in WSM as a sub and winning this year, I love how you're expanding your content. Thanks for repping Canada on the world stage!
Love this collab! Two men with a focus on making the world a healthier place and teaching everyone that the human body can do amazing things.
Love your videos and your true happiness in what you are doing. Don’t see that too much any more in today’s life.
Love your work Mitch! Great to see you working with both Squat University and Knees Over Toes as they are constantly portrayed as different/opposing online but I believe they both have great value to add. Awesome to see someone as successful as yourself willing to meet new people, genuinely curious to learn and not being afraid to ask the questions we all want answers to like you did here with Ben. Please keep it up mate, great example of being a top bloke 👏💪
Loved this💪
Great video! You two might be the smartest and most sophisticated guys in sports these days.👍
lower ab building is why i started to do that kind of reverse squat band workout, but its good to see it has other benefits too which would explain some gains I've had
The guests just keep getting better keep it up!
Knees over toes guy except when they're over your head
Really enjoyed this episode. My background's physio and I'm well into the 'strengthening is (almost) always the answer' camp
It is just such a joy when you see two Giants in two different sections of the world of athletes collaborating. Bringing more TRUE knowledge to the world. I myself have benefitted amazingly from @kneesovertoesguy I used to do high-end sports as a teenager. Got injured and never came back from that and but today I'm stronger than I ever was at the age of 38.

Guy in the back at 2:37 looks like Snake from the Vinland Saga.
I think the beautiful thing about knees over toes guy or brett contreras or squat university is just the simplicity of it all. You generally don't need ice baths, stim, supps. It seems to be more about moving properly through full ranges of motion, loading appropriately, eating, and sleeping. Nothing cutting edge or groundbreaking which i find nice.
Nice video. I would be interested to hear how much of Ben's stuff you've incorporated into your training what impact you feel it has had.
Geez Coop from Garage Gym reviews has bulked up a bit 😂. You seem like a genuine nice guy Mitchell. I’m keen to start following your career.
I try to sled some items backwards during my work and also train the split lunge regularly and notice a huge imlrovement in running and squatting and going up and down stairs. Pretty much pain free.
I love how you always challenge the people in your videos. Makes it far more interesting than most of the fitness content on youtube. Reminds me of conversations I've had as a coach with Jeremy Hamilton (world record setting powerlifter). E.g. Whenever I try to talk science with him he doesn't (usually) believe it applies to him. How can the average result of a group of intermediates apply to the number one? It makes it more fulfilling as a coach to make progress with an athlete when they're both smart AND elite. It's even more fun when it's not me being questioned all the time haha.
The king collab two people who’s goal is to help as many people as possible with exercise

content over knees guys great job
Mitch learning from Knees Over Toes Guy will lead to Strongman becoming boring when he's taking his 10th WSM title in a row 😂 I think the combination of Ben and Mitch's knowledge would make for an incredible book on avoiding/recovering injuries!
Wow Mitchell is speed running all KZread collabs possible.
Yay!
Thank you for showing me all the people i need to fallow lol
The steady improvement arc is here
I've been trying to get into knees over toes stuff lately myself. Theres just something wrong with my left knee somewhere in the chain and I cant figure out what. I'm hoping with this sort of training my issue will work itself out. Also you say people wont think your a strongman. but you're still massive VS your random guy on the street haha. So I'm looking forward to seeing what people say.
Feel that "reverse squat" will be a game changer for Moose; which considering he's already #1 quite comfortably that's a scary proposition.
dam i broke tib/fib twice on right leg them toe lifts would kill me, but since i have gotten the steel out it feels much better after 20 years
Wow, Ben on Mitch's channel xD I wonder if we'll see Mitch with SquatUniversity at some point!

I've been looking for that tibialis rig since I used one in the late 90's - could you please tell me what is it called / who sells them?
Does these corrections affect your strength in any way? Would imagine that short term the lifts would be harder due to less tension?
Would you keep doing these exercises ? If so I cant wait to see your progress!!

Good that you are doing youtube. If you want to make money being a strongman you have to get as much media as possible and MILK IT! Wont be a strongman forever. But you're media content can.
The smartest strongman - trains the smartest - and surrounds himself with the smartest people
Can we still get “good enough everyday” t shirts
How heavy was the sled?
Is this guy's accent a Canadian accent? Wikipedia says he's just Canadian, but my ear says otherwise.
Mitchell, is it possible to train heavy and train for an ultra marathons/ironman? In some of your previous videos, you've mentioned that you will eventually go to triathlons.
