KNEE WARM UP FOR RUNNING

Use this video to warm up your knees and prevent injury and pain before running. Prevent runner's knee and warm-up your knee joints well before your workout. Do not start running before warming up, do these 4-minute exercises for a quick and easy warm up. This warm-up will work for beginners as well as for more experienced runners. Take care of your knees and they will say thanks in a long run! :)

As a guy I'm not sure I'm capable of performing those dynamic lunges, it kinda...hurts
