I underwent bi- lateral knee joint surgery on 4th October. I gave up Walker within two weeks. As I used knee cap for long time I feel disturbed as also I am afraid if I would feel pain anytime walking without knee caps. I also cannot step down the staircase without difficulty. Anyway I climb down. Walking has become a little bit normal, but there is pain. I have been doing physiotherapy as per direction of the Apollo Hospital, Chennai thrice daily. How long I shall have to face pain?

I only hv one problem....I came home yesterday....managing well..Walker etc but IT IS VERY PAINFUL WHEN I GET UP FROM THE COMMODE..(I'm obese too) pain starts badly after going to washroom....how to manage this doctor? sm trick must be there...i cry in pain when I try to get up from the commode
