Good evening sir. I had core decompression for my both femoral heads of hip last December (because I was diagnosed with AVN Stage 1). I am not getting any pain on hip areas, however some pain on knee joints (discomfort or feels like my knee strucks if I sit or sleep for long hours). Sir, is it because of AVN only or any post operated reasons?
