Good diagnostic, don't forget magnesium deficiency which affects muscle tension...very common, also common on none dominant leg..strengthen Gluteus Medius..lose weight....then you can permanently correct knee tracking.

Bursitis, usually. If the pain is more intense, the meniscus may be involved.

Some sort of injury would cause knee pain I was attacked buy a drunken pizza store owner in his store he either shattered or seriously damaging my inner meniscus in the left knee. Which caused bleeding and swelling 3 weeks after the attack back in March of 2021. Now I can hardly walk more than three four blocks with that having to sit down somewhere to relieve the pain. The medication oxycodone ibuprofen have run its course and the pain has come back. Now I'm doing the gels injections. But that's only temporary only lasting a few months at a time I've taken three out of five injections. God knows what's going to happen to my already depressed state when the lubrication stops working

I thank you there's a lot of therapies out there what do you suggest we do ctors are so limited. My meniscus have been torn and I hate crime attack back in March and all I got was a little surgery to remove the dry cartilage spurs from the meniscus in the hospital in Brooklyn New York and just been on oxycodone 600 mg of hyperprofen and meloxicam all running its course only working a little bit I try to do exercise it's painful walking more than four blocks with this torn meniscus and on and off swelling in the left knee. So what do you suggest if we can't follow any of these therapies on the internet? Thank you take care

I avoid surgeries thanks to this kind of videos. I am pain free with all my daily activites and workout. This video is game changer for petellar track issue. I am 100% sure that any doctor could explain it and give clear instructions like this. Doctors doesn't give particular attention to your case and even mostly do not know these exercises and stuff. So keep investigating and listen to your body you will get over it. See also the kneeovertoesguy content and squatunivetsity among others they also could be helpful for many other issues.
