Hai sir എൻറെ mri reportil കാണിക്കുന്നത് > Moderate left knee joint effusion. > Lateral subluxation of patella with tear of inner fibers of medial patellofemoral ligament. > Focal osteochondral injury with minimal subchondral marrow edema in anterolateral aspect of lateral femoral condyle and medial aspect of medial femoral condyle. > Disrupted free margin of infrapatellar hoffa's fat pad. Dr ഞാൻ 2 മാസം മുമ്പ് ബെഡിൽ നിന്ന് തായേക്ക് വീണിരുന്നു. കാൽമുട്ട് തിരിഞ്ഞാണ് വീണത്. Dr കാണിച്ചു xray എടുത്തു യാതൊരു കുഴപ്പവും ഇല്ല. വേദന മാറാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് 3week belt ഇട്ടു. എന്നിട്ടും മാറിയില്ല. അവസാനം MRI ചെയ്തു.2month rest എടുത്താൽ മാറും എന്നാണ് dr പറഞ്ഞത്. ഇതാണ് result👇 1. Significant bone marrow edema /bony contusion involving lateral femoral condyle and lateral aspect of distal femoral metaphyseal region. 2. High grade partial rupture involving 80-90% fibers of proximal and midportion of medical collateral ligment. ഇത് rest എടുത്താൽ മാറുന്നത് ആണോ അല്ലാ ഓപ്പറേഷൻ വേണ്ടിവരോ Pls reply
