Knee Friendly Lower Body Workout With No Repeats - NO squats, NO lunges, NO jumping
Today I am taking you through a knee-friendly lower body workout with no repeats! There are no squats, no lunges, and no jumping which also makes it an apartment-friendly leg workout too. This low impact leg workout will include exercises to strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, and quads without placing too much strain on your knees. I promise you'll feel the burn in this sweaty low impact workout!
A lower body cool down I recommend you do after the workout: • 5 Minute Leg Day Cool ...
KNEE-FRIENDLY LEG WORKOUT DETAILS:
I split this workout into 3 rounds.
FIRST ROUND:
- bodyweight/no equipment needed
- 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
SECOND ROUND:
- need a resistance band (I use a light band from my company, Body Rebel)

Finding your channel is a great blessing because I hate squats and lunges and this was a great workout ...as I finished I was waiting for another round just when I saw "Done" on the screen😮....this workout flew by and was equally challenging....thanxxxx aaaaaa tonnnnnnn 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Such a great workout for those of us trying to build strength with bad knees. I thank you! I would love to see one where all the floor exercises and standing exercises are grouped together. With bad knees transitioning from sitting on the floor to standing in time to keep pace with the video and reps can be a bit of a challenge.

I did a more recent knee friendly workout that is grouped with the standing exercises at the beginning of the round and floor at the end of the round! for the dumbbell round, I used 15 lbs dumbbells since that is what I have on hand! But you can go lighter or heavier than me!
