This is a happy knees, no lunges strong legs workout! You will strengthen your entire lower body with this 25 minute workout! If you are working on toning your thighs, glutes, and legs this workout is for you! Oh and if you like dogs, this one has a suprise visitor. :D

Love the no lunge workout - I can now do some lunges but my knees prefer that I not - thank you for this. And Nacho must have given my cat ideas because I had to to do the long levered glute bridge with a cat on my lap - she stayed put for a full set! Next set I used heavier weights than a 12 lb cat!

I have the hardest time with lunges and always have .. my legs are stiff and hard to go down without holding on to something, so appreciate a good workout without them
This left me with shaky legs lol I love the dog 🐕 I have a husky that does the same everytime I lay down on the mat, it's so cute 🥰 Thank you for the kickass workout for us who can't really do lunges lol

There is no specific workout that 'solves' the hip dip It's natural that's first , secondly you have to lose body fat in general and then gain muscles in all the lower area especially the hips, and this yes does help.
