Welcome to my channel! I'm honored to have you here & I'm very excited to be a part of your fitness journey.
As a certified personal trainer (NASM), my goal is to provide accessible workouts for all abilities and fitness levels, so you will often find modifications on each workout and many no jumping or all standing workouts.
I hope to encourage people to move their body in ways that they enjoy and never feel ashamed of where they are at in their journey. To me, fitness is not just about weight loss, but it is a tool to take care of our body and mind! Following stable eating and exercising frequently (& in ways you enjoy) without the pressure of weight loss leads to a positive body image. That is the goal here: to help you see yourself as capable, strong, & unstoppable.
Types of REAL TIME workouts you will see:
- HIIT cardio
- Low impact, no jumping workouts
- Knee-friendly workouts that have no squats or lunges
- Core/abs workouts
- Dumbbell strength workouts
