I have been looking around for reasons why my machine constantly keeps pulling 2 sheets of paper at a time from the paper tray when I’m using 11x17(wasting so much paper and toner). It was simply the paper not being square enough in the tray. Thanks for the help.

I've been looking at videos from your channel in hopes to finding a solution to a problem I have ran into. We have a Konica Minolta Bizhub 300i that has a message saying it has a paper jam in part 32 which is on the side of the printer where the paper comes out of. I have followed the instruction that the printer advises but there is no paper anywhere to be found. Is there any advice that you may provide for this problem. At this point anything helps.

On the 654e and 754e the lower right cover opens downward rather than outward.

Our Konica Minolta erases some words and others come out not clear when printing. Please how do I fix problem?
