Repeating defects, black dots or lines, vertical black or grey lines down the pages, vertical streaks, gray pages, light print, vertical white lines, light or dark horizontal banding across the page, ghosting, gray background, random dots or sprinkles across the pages, blank print, black pages, random Lines,white horizontal lines, banding, only half page printed and other defects .I made the film on the example of IU 211 MINOLTA IMAGING UNIT Bizhub c203 c253.

You have installed the wrong chip. Each color has a separate unique chip. You got the colors wrong.
I'm having an issue with Konica Minolta 164. The machine prints dark on photos.. text files are printed clearly.. changed the drum, cleaning Blade, cleaned the corona wire and grid, changed developer, toner, fuser roller, fuser upper roller everything.. if the Id card are printed, text area is very clear.. photo area is completely black. Please suggest

Corona wire do not clean because it will do nothing, just replace it with a new one and grid.

Yes it's a popular glitch. You have several options. 1. Unplug the drive and turn on the copier again. If it boots up, you need to replace the hard disk with a new one. 2. If there are electrical problems in your area, it is possible you have a damaged power supply. The power board must then be replaced. my conica minolta c554e makes a red shaded area on top of every colour page. we just replaced all the colour cartridges.

It wasn't needed. The drum unit does not need to be replaced in this case. You need to replace your developer unit magenta.

I have minolta 165 e copier. Copies printing with broad white patches with not so clear prints. Is charger carona unit not fitted properly. Awaiting reply...

ransfer belt pressure welding alienation • The transfer belt retraction sensor does not detect “switch from retraction to pressure” within a given period time after transfer belt retraction clutch has stared engagement. Maybe you only have a damaged transfer belt, so take it out and check it carefully. Check that it rotates freely and that there is no damage. If you don't find anything, follow these procedures: 1 Check the connector between M1-PRCB CN14 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 2 Check the connector of M1 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary. 3 Check the connector between PS39-relay CN124-PRCB CN3 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 4 Check the connector between CL5-relay CN103-PRCB CN24 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 5 PS39 I/O check, sensor check PRCB CN3-15 (ON) 6 CL5 operation check PRCB CN24-4 (ON) 7 M1 operation check PRCB CN14-2 (REM) PRCB CN14-5 (LOCK) C-2 to 5 8 Change M1. 9 PRCB ICP5 conduction check. 10 Change PRCB.
