Hie, my C364 is not printing magenta. I have changed DV unit, Drum Unit, HV board, the sml board in front where all DV unit jacks are connected.

Perhaps the problem is in the toner supply... or in the copier settings (it is possible to configure or change the life cycle for mangenta...). Try digging into the service menu. I'll see what else I can do)
