Hello sir,hiw to settel my moden problems paper jam saiz A6 not didn't pull the paper to the bypass so it got stuck near his wheel. even though I had thrown the paper away, it was still stuck

you forgot to say to take off the paper with both hands not with one hand to prevent cutting the sheet of paper

Please how do i resolve the problem of Paper Jam even after clearing/removing the paper the machine still shows "error PAPER JAM".

The most problematic machines. I Buy and lot of problems there.
