Sentomaru is referring to Kizaru as someone above him in a yakuza organization not as an uncle like the translation says. The term is 'Ojiki', which would normally refer to the head of the yakuza.

It is my favourite admiral of them all. Cruel, sinister, elegant, extremely strong, and memes dumbness as well as slothfullness. Even though he can move at the speed of light, and is therfore quite the troll. What a unique character!

@SunSlayerKD it was confirmed in One Piece Blue Deep: Characters World that he has an unnamed devil fruit and considering how it seems to activate both here and in Pirate Warriors 4, it has to deal with being dealt damage over time and using that grow stronger. I have seen people say it might be "Karma" as a name but I think it's due to attack names.
