@jdean1851 hey thanks for watching. At the end of the tournament season I’m going to put out a follow you video as to how it has held up. So be looking for that if interested. It’s been great so far for sure! Thanks again for watching and thanks for the comment

I run the Kipawa prop on my Minn Kota motors. Battery life is better than the stock props and so far, they do great in grass. Now I have not used them in matted grass, I try to avoid it if I can. Been using the Kipawa now about five years. It’s dug trenches in sand, mud and rocky bottoms and still don’t have and dings or cracks. Well worth the money.

@jaypruss3236 hey thanks for the info there. So far I’m pretty happy with it. Batteries are staying solid and short of some scratches from getting too shallow in a night tournament (my fault) it’s holding up well. Glad to hear a long term review like that though for sure! Thanks for the comment and stay safe out there

Just bought a Kipawa for my Terrova. I know exactly what you mean by the motor feeling loosey goosey. Thanks for the video!

I feel sure you’re going to like it. It would be really hard for me to go back to that original prop now. So far so good on mine still. Thanks for watching and stay safe out there!

A buddy of mine took a coupling nut, a short piece of all thread, and thread locker to make his TH marine nut work. He thread locked the all thread to the billet nut and coupling nut. By doing that he can still remove the prop by unthreading the billet nut with its custom extension

Man that is slick right there. I’m going to have to give that a shot. That’s my only “complaint” about that prop though it’s not really enough for me to complain about at that. I like that idea though! Thanks for the comment. Very much appreciated

Completely agree! Like I said in the video it’s nice to have that original as a spare but as far as I’m concerned, that’s all it will ever be…a spare. Thanks for watching

Ive been running them on both my boats for 7yrs. Durability is unmatched. Add lithiums and youll have to dial back trolling motor substantially vs. Standard prop

Does anyone have a discount code for kipawa?

@scottd8555 hey so when I made the video here I contacted Kipewa directly about that. Granted that has been about a year ago now but their response was that they offered no discount codes of any kind. Again that’s been around a year now but hopefully that helps. Still worth the money to me. That’s the only prop I run anymore. Since the video, it’s never come off. Thanks for watching and stay safe out there
