    @@theonlynuk3912 to be fair this is practice so hes pulling many times, on top of that he's just holding, letting them play their strengths while he defends from a bad position, which is alot harder than flash pinning just cause he can.

    Because he has not done the antagonistic training. so all the effort is in one direction for his muscles. this over long time produces the bend. I am 100% sure he knows this. But given he is a professional arm wrestlers he must have been willing to make the tradeoff.

    @@ibhasu His videos he shows are with a set of weights and all he does is move them about three or four inches for each type of wrist control. Like zero range of motion. He just needs to get you twisted and it's over because by the time you can untwist yourself you're out of juice and he's just beginning. They should call him the Canadian Python because he can run anybody down to nothing left.

If devon shaves his head, gets to 285 and takes a hearty Dbol cycle like he did with wagner, then maybe he can stop him in the 3rd with the kings move. There are only a few men in the world who can do that so thats no knock on Devon.

    He knows he is going to have those father son monster arms at the end and yet despite that Devon took his time with each guy, many he could pin instantly if he wanted to to save energy, but instead he lets then try a few times each and only then pulls them down. This is why Devon is not only an amazing dude you want to hang with, but is also the reason why he is top in the world. From the GOAT’s mouth, you become the best by not taking any shortcuts even when life hands them to you, you go all the way around, you do all the work like you did when you were hungry and nobody and that is what makes you a beast...

    David Ardelean what’s wrong in pointing out that he notices someone has long stretched muscles and could become better by working it’s potential?     Thanks to Armbet i was able to find a group in utah at Bob Brown's place. Pulled with a bunch of people including Bob and man is his pronation strong. Such a fun time, really loving the sport!

    There is really no true GOAT of arm wrestling the best have all beat each other in one tournament or another. So in my opinion there isn't one true GOAT with that being said John would be the closest to it if there was one.

    I have been in strength and combat sports my whole life but never even watched arm wrestling. Devon is such a great competitor and ambassador for his sport now I have been literally watching for hours. Amazing truly amazing! By the way I am 56yrs old how did I miss this?

    @@raizen4271 Actually I saw some place he was in the military for a while. If that's correct I am thinking he can probably handle himself pretty well in a fight. I competed at a pretty high level in striking and grappling, I spared with a bunch of military guys and they were no joke, military training isn't pretty but it is effective.

    Just when I got hooked on arm-wrestling and started training , I got carpal tunnel on my right hand, I recovered after two months and started working out again, yesterday a fire almost started at my house and after a fight, I manged to stop it, my hand is now full of blisters haha, but guess what, I'M NOT GIVING UP!

    Devon you inspired me to love arm wrestling 2 years ago and I became stronger and more experienced and I love to arm wrestle all my friends and it took me 2 years to finally beat all of them but I did it! I don’t know when or how but I’ll eventually enter my first tournament at some point.
