I feel that the only way to beat Devon convincingly is too just plain out over power him like Levan did. If you don’t have that kind of torque it’s nearly impossible to beat him. Once he gets you in that hook it’s game over, he could literally sit in that position all day if he has to. His endurance is insane !

Good lord. I bought the PPV, in the moment I was super excited for Devon getting the win. Watching it back again, 2 things make me angry: The fact Jodi wasn't escorted off the stage within the first minute, and that the refs didn't foul the shit out of both Devon and Prudnyk for their setup shenanigans. That was what I enjoyed about the WAL, even though the refs made bad calls at times, they at the very least exuded authority and demanded respect. This just looked like a crap show.

John Brzenk was there together with other champs to congrats Devon. It is amazing with over 4 decades John still keep the excellent health and shape to pull with ones just half of his age and remain less injuries with countless matches. Devon will be like John, with stamina and passion had them bonded whole life with this sport. In the end, most professionals from WAL are so open and friendly despite of the language differences, the Pride and Sport man ship always present. Devon since the time he entered arm wrestling world, sure is the one broaden this sport to all horizon of this globe and this man is a living legend for the entertaining talents, sport man ship and continuous proving the athletes like John Brzenk, and like himself, like the others in WAL, in the world still can be in the game while the other sports worn out the athletes with the injuries. Devon and his character, his courage to speak when he can and only speak to bring the positives to everyone together not dividing. The legend not only to make himself a king, a star, not to come and walk away without words but contribute and be a part of everyone from the beginning to the end. Devon always show his passion of making this one among the most healthiest, most exciting sports for a long time even after he retires from WAL.

And even cooler despite one of them being close to 48 years old, the other being close to fricking 59 years old, and the other mid 30s but with health issues and wear and tear of a 50 year old...and yet all 3 of them are still somehow genuinely top tier elite even still and can more than hold there own against top 10-20 elites half there fricking age!, makes it even cooler since they are far far far from over the hill or out of the loop. Even Dennis has while granted its just been practice or you could say"exhibition pulls" its pretty damn evident he is in a lot better condition and strength then many of us thought hed be in at this stage. I dont think he can beat levan but the fact it's on the table Dennis can possibly still beat just about anyone else is incredible in itself.....

Even though it is East vs West, these warriors have good hearts and are able to use their talents to transcend the separation of cultures during this opportunity. Even though the world tries to bury people under political pressure, this image depicts the courage to withstand that pressure and uphold our individual rights as human beings to respect each other, to be together, and to express our respect and love for one another. Watching how (against this position) Prudnik seemed to be struggling, where he couldn’t even move Devon’s hand by an inch, Vs. how Levan strained himself quite a lot for a win against Devon in a similar position where Devon’s Lock wasn’t as deep as it was with Prudnik & Denis, Vs. How easily Denis could Win from here against Devon’s equally deep lock, that’s just incredible. Peak Denis will beat Levan - no doubt!

I’d like to see him go with sandris sedis but Vut needs more experience and he’s going to be huge in the future. But so many awesome matches at shw I’d rather see Devon couldn’t have trained better for this. He’s massive for the new 253lb hw division weighs 270s so he can’t get any more massive for this weight. And he always values table time above anything else and he upped that more than ever and still does his gym lifts. I just hope he’s more active but that’s a wish for most guys

Don’t worry it’s for show. It’s just a foul and means nothing. They would never determine a match by fouls in a rule set like this. It’s theatrics They wanted to solve the problem which they would under stricter rules The guy with the longer forearm moves his elbow back on the pad so they can have equal webbing. What they’re doing can’t get achieved with that much difference in length in forearm. The only way is if the shorter limbed guy raises his arm. It’s just theatrics.
