@@tird108 thank you ...I was a British soldier ,I served in Sarajevo , Bosnia 1995 and Kosovo 2000 along with my American brothers too , never met a more generous and gracious people than those American soldiers .....it's enough that you care so thanks again and long live KSE....., i will be seeing them live at thier next concert here in the UK , it was destiny that thier music found me , at a time when I really needed it ....,

I love how Jesse's screams and clean vocals sync up perfectly in this song (You can't be mistaken, the spirit is vacant, when hope for tomorrow, is nowhere in sight). Perfect.

John Harvey Howard was heading them down a shit path, he was sick on end of heartache and as daylight dies but the album after that was utter shit and if that's the path they were taking with him I'm glad he left

I've always loved the way Jesse's voice and Adam's voice sound together. Especially on Times of Grace's - Hymn of a Broken Man

Yeh that Times of Grace album is amazing, probably in my top 12 fav albums. Wish they would chuck a couple T.O.G songs into a KSE set, seems a shame to leave those songs behind. I saw them in concert twice and it was magic seeing Jesse and Adam back together.

I fucking love Killswitch Engage so much. High school memories just come flooding back listening to these guys. I will see them. One day my time will come.

Killswitch Engage, As I Lay Dying, Unearth, and August Burns Red will always be the best Metalcore bands in my heart. That whole era of early Lamb of God, Chimaira, KSE, AILD, and others was so magical. Sad to see it go.

Russ Legendary in the modern era. Still makes them legendary. Every band that makes a landmark album is (in their own right) legendary. Alive Or Just Breathing set the benchmark for how modern metal is performed. It is still highly regarded as a masterpiece by many (including myself). It's just as much a landmark album as Iron Maiden's Number Of The Beast, or Dream Theater's Images And Words, or Machine Head's Burn My Eyes, or Pantera's Cowboys From Hell, you get my drift.

Chase Kemp I didn't know it, it wasn't on the ticket, then I saw some KSE merch there together with Bullet's, I thought it was just randomly there. Then they came and played a show for an hour, good setlist, enjoyed more than Bullet. They were not opening though, they were second, first was Arcane something.

A bit of a late reply but I was at a gig as well where KSE played before Bullet, KSE, I think are a lot bigger than Bullet but KSE played a way better set than Bullet even though Bullet were fab

Fell off the metalcore wagon for awhile and it's great to hear Jesse once again. Killswitch is probably my favorite band in this genre, the emotion is so real and the music always just SHREDS.

never thought I'd see people comparing a gospel worship band to Killswitch Engaged (mainstream metal). I'm also surprised people in this comment section even know Kutless exits, much less old school kutless! I have Christian friends who listen to that contemporary family christian radio crap, they know kutless but they don't even know what old-school kutless sounds like! With that said I can see the connection, just shocked to see this comment.

KSE was pretty boring with Howard imo. I barely listen to those albums but they do have a few good songs from that time period. Jesse is the one who defines the vocals of KSE for me.

Jesse has such a great medloic voice and awesome high or rougher vocals

I remember when I first discovered KSE back 6 years ago. How time flies and I still love them to this day. There sound will always have a special place in my heart. Truly inspiring.

Mi favorita "Rose Of Sharyn" neta que en el coro me sacan las lágrimas nomas de acordarme de mi abuelita... Muchos se quejan que el metal aturde y solo gritan babosadas... la neta ningun artista de pop o musica romántica tienen las letras, el sonido y la emoción tan fuerte y profunda que "KSE" tienen... los he visto 2 veces en vivo, una con Howard y otra con Jessie y la verdad ambas voces son totalmente perfectas para la calidad de música que crean estos cabrones... hoy por hoy unas de las mejores bandas que existen son ellos!!! Yo los conocí por la pelicula de Freddy vs Jason y desde ahí me volvi fan, llevo más de 10 años escuchandolos, gracias a ellos conocí a mi primera novia, cree mi primera banda y conocí a mi mejor amigo, y me hacen sentir felicidad, alegria, enojo, tristeza, sus canciones son bellisimas, lloré cuando los vi en vivo, y casí me desmayo cuando conocí a Jesse en un Bar de Punk en NYC
