I did both. If you are a box ticker and want to get to a seven summit mountain, then choose Kili. It's awfully hard on summit night, but summit night is the only reason to do Kili. It takes 5-6 days all in. EBC is more of an experience from landing at Lukla one of the world's most dangerous airports to traversing through awesome scenery, local villages and the magnificence of the Khumbu Valley and Himalayas. This takes around 13 days. Kili is a pretty uninteresting sprint, EBC an awesome marathon. Which type of sex do you like? Energetic & frantic OR building up slowly and lovingly with no frantic end? 😂

You won't regret it! Nepal is dreamy
add the correct way of horse stance an hour a day with your exercise will help a lot from leg strength to balance. (if you do it correctly 1 hour is very hard to do, if you're a beginner do 3 minutes first, you might not feel it at first but it will kick in
