Even for light sparing, Michael's skill is incredible. Using his defence as offense, always keeping an arm chambered too. The feints are really smooth too. Would love to see more. Edit: Those complaining about MJW fighting instead of sparring. You guys don't understand martial arts, skill or even do your research. At least check out Michael's competition sparring and then we will talk.

Michael as a long-time admirer of your incredible career in the entertainment industry and your inspiring dedication to martial arts. For the past decade, I have closely followed your journey and have been continuously impressed by your strong character, discipline, and unwavering commitment to your craft. Your exceptional performances on screen have not only showcased your immense talent but also highlighted your versatility as an actor. Your portrayal of complex characters and your ability to convey their emotions with depth and authenticity have deeply resonated with me. Your roles have transcended entertainment, inspiring many, including myself, to pursue their passions with determination and resilience. Beyond your acting prowess, I greatly appreciate the courage and integrity with which you have spoken out about important societal issues, particularly on the topic of race. Your insightful comments on representation and diversity in the entertainment industry have shed light on the necessity of inclusivity and the importance of breaking stereotypes. Your stance emphasizes the urgent need for positive change and equal opportunities for people of all backgrounds. In a world that often grapples with divisiveness and inequality, your advocacy for unity and understanding serves as a beacon of hope. Your consistent dedication to addressing race-related challenges and your call for a more inclusive society inspire me to actively engage in conversations about racial equity and contribute to making a difference in my community. Your accomplishments and the principles you stand for have left a lasting impression on me. Thank you for being a remarkable role model, and an advocate for positive change. I look forward to witnessing your future endeavors and continuing to draw inspiration from your remarkable journey. Thank you for your time and the influence you've had on so many.

Don’t get me wrong, Mike is well trained for sure and would probably give a lot of guys L’s. But becoming the champ and reigning til retirement is a stretch brotha, I’d argue that he can’t place top 5 in the division of his choosing. There’s some killers out there and as fluid as his movement is, age is a factor. We haven’t seen him truly tested beyond demonstration and participation in tournaments YEEEEAAAARS ago. But Mike would definitely beat the average joe like myself in a 1 on 1, I wouldn’t back down but I know my technique isn’t on his level yet

never would have happened. He's good at his chosen martial art, and good at choreographed fights, but he would need to do some major grappling training and probably could use some muay thai also. But I think he'd have potential to take the heavyweight belt if he trained right

@@irishstew9951 van at least had some full contact kickboxing fights, but he still isn't very much experienced (and his point fights doesn't mean nothing). MJW never showed A SINGLE sparring trough whole his life but he like to run his mouth a lot lolhe may have some basic usefull knowledge mixed with stuff that doesn't work and he doesn't even know it doesn't work couse he is all about choreography, so you can EASILY find DOZENS of times better trainers

Love this! I remember when i used to spar alot and it was a non verbal thing well verbal sometimes lol that if you turn up , i will 😂. Those complaining about the light sparring obviously don't understand the reason for it. Its to see where you are, to work on angles, distance , footwork. It's basically like shadowboxing / kicking but with someone. Its not meant to hurt each other. Thats what ab actual fight is for. Light Sparring is meant to make you sharper and work on stuff. Michael is a beast and to move like that at that age is impressive. And uriah mannn that might be the biggest what if ? In UFC history. I mean he did have a career but i really thought he would be one of the greats like jon johes especially after the ultimate fighter. So dangerous. Even though he had some devastating fights after the show i think he held back after. I dont think he wanted to hurt anyone. And when you have that mindset , thetes a greater chance to lose.
