May be, but there's also traffic around, not so safe to go full throttle with 242hp on tap la. Haha.

My dad has 2013 Kia Optima K5. The reason he brought the car is looks good and it has good features for the money. My dad takes the car to Genting and he loves how the car handle. The fuel consumption is not the best for City drive but for highway run, the car able to go around 600km to 700km depends on how you drive.

The Sonata LF's handling is actually very neat. A competent car, but the 2.0-litre NA engine is underwhelming.

Pushing it not hard enough, would be great to see how it performs during high rev (4k-6k rpm)

In the case of Optima GT 2.0 Turbo vs Passat High Line 2.0 Turbo, which one would you recommend? An Optima GT after discount is around RM160K. A Passat High Line 2.0 demo car is also around RM160K. So it is a little bit difficult to choose.

Dennis Cheong you can go Volkswagen but Volkswagen resell value is still poor. Demo car you'll never know what's the problem.

The Passat is a more refined car and offers more polished handling, but my bet is that the Optima will be more reliable la. The Optima may also turn more heads than the Passat.
