A car that is unfortunately a casualty of the typical stigma people have towards some brands. I bet if this car has a Japanese badge for the same price, I'm pretty sure people won't shut up about it being a "PERFORMANCE BARGAIN OF THE CENTURY"

One of the best sedans out there. Camry, Accords, totally does not come close at all.

Kia Stinger is indeed a very rare car in M'sia... It used to be rare in Singapore too but after awhile people start going for it over there...

Some ignorant ppl always say it is a Kia but refuse to believe this Kia is built by Conti-guys. This Stinger is designed by Peter Schreyer and Gregory Guillaume and engineered by former BMW M Vice President of Engineering Albert Biermann. This machine is built by pure conti-legend-engineer & designer, just that these legends are working in Kia.

The last part meant a lot to me.Malaysians always condemn Korean cars based on their past stories but I have been an ardent fan of Kia Hyundai and will forever be my pick❤

It's sad that Korean cars never get the appreciation they deserved here (And I'm not sure if they ever will), since many of them over the last decade have been pretty good. If you ask the general community (Which is a terrible idea), most of them would say "Kimchi bad, don't buy, spare parts expensive, hard to find, blablabla). I spoke to several actual owners, and all of them said all the stuff people say are mostly exaggerated. It's funny that these consumers talk nonsense about Korean cars, while thinking a Chinese SUV """murders the competition""", while ironically that's the cars having spare parts issues currently.

@@germaineliew2012 i think there is still hope atleast for kia bc now there are with bermaz. We see how bermaz change mazda in Malaysia market, cx5 is everywhere now. And the first kia model bermaz bring carnival do pretty well & i think bermaz did a good job at pricing & spec. There also already have ckd plan for kia. Why i think there is hope for kia with bermaz? Bc I think one of the biggest reason why kia/hyundai didn't make it in Malaysia is because the dealer itself, both sime darby (hyundai) & naza (kia) are bad at marketing strategy & the way they spec & priced the car. And we don't talk about after sales yet (especially naza)

Nice review bobby, yeah the kia stinger 3.3 v6 is a proper performance sedan....congratulations to the owner..i recall this drive at banting....lovely day out....and my wife used to own a 2012 kia optima k5 2.0...kia do make superb cars

I have a 2022 3.3 TT. In the USA..I love it. It's great out of the box. Add a tune and it's a beast

Overall built quality i think. Design. 2nd hand value. Still remember spectra, sephia, so ugly and not reliable compare to japanese car tht time

I think ppl who spend that kind of money for it wont really looking to sell it.. (in short period of times)... and from what i know, there are less than 20 stinger (included 2.0 gt line version) sold in Malaysia... even it pop up in used car market..it wont be cheap just becoz it is a kia tho.
