I ran across a jamming issue caused by the original door recess was shallow. I had to deepen the hole with a forstner bit and chisel out the rounded edges to accommodate the bolt.

Hmm that’s very odd. KZread does have some issues with making sure videos are in users subscription feeds. That’s unfortunate you have seen any of the videos over the past several months

Can the handle be used on right or left handed doors?

I wish you would have shown how to pair it.

just bought and installed but every time I try to unlock with keypad or app, it says jammed, why is that ?

Our faceplate became lose. Trying to tighten with the screws on the side and that isn't working. Any suggestions?

Is it possible for old doors that they are so misaligned in a sense that when you install the smart luck it wouldn't be smooth so it wouldn't reset?

It all depends on how the latch aligns with the door frame. A new handle/lock won’t change that

Yes! It connects to your home’s Wi-Fi and can be locked/unlocked from anywhere

can you post the instruction manual if possible. i lost it by mistake

I would like to buy this or hello touch but I have a problem. I am in Sri lanka. I heard kwikset app only work in Usa and canada.I already have download kwikset app in to my iphone. If I buy one of these lock can I Use in Sri Lanka?

Install was fine. Hooking up to fine was good but I have to log in every time. How can pass this step? It is very inconvenient

I would try taking the battery out and resetting the system

they battery design on this sucks. I had to get rid of the lock becuase my hurricane lock is right above it and you need to slide the batteries in and out from the top. Great lock just fix this horibble design.

This lock 🔒 has horrible reviews. I hate affiliate link videos!
