    Why would you replace the nice wood doors with white? Hope you sold them to someone who will appreciate them.

    Great job explaining steps, it would help if you spell out all costs to rent, sand papers, how many sq. ft, how many bed room, how many hours it took to do sending?, I am trying to decide if it is worth for me to do myself vs hiring someone

    23:07 Green walls in a bathroom with the green cast of fluorescent lights (though, yes, everything is LED now) could tend to give you a sickly appearance. I prefer more neutral whites with color added through towels and other decor.

    Just sanded a ~500 square foot deck. At 3 different grits, with multiple passes at the coarsest due to cupped and crowned deck boards, it took *forever*. Can definitely attest to the idea of it taking over your life for a while.

    Is it really worth it to do all that work for aheathee floor. I mean, does it really matter. How long do you really stand in the bathroom?!? The time it takes to heat vs the time tour in there, so much efort and money for such a dmall sddative

    Sorry but how are you so sure that dmall pice is now supporting the structure. If im corract, these long beams runa ross fron side to side of the house and support the iversll structure. I dont think teplacing a small oiece without any proper metal sub-struxtire does provide on good struxtursl composture. Did you let anywon chexk this work. Im notfamiliar with your channel, so i dont know your knowledge

    Its so weird for me as a european to see you guys smash the shit out if this hoise till the xore barr bone won. Sonmuch work to out back. Why did your strip it all the way to the woode. Structer actually?

    Was wondering about the floor. Is this really what came about beneath the carpet. I kinda doubt that, it looks super nice. I was also cringing seeing you guys work indoor on top of that nice floor. Also when doing the upper work on the cabinets. While that huge counter top was installed and varnished

    Perhaps ts because im none english. But your explantion about why you dont work more, didnt make sense to me. You said both of you work 9-5, but you do a traditional 9-5, yet not explaining what that actually is. Im xonfuaed about what your 9-5 is than

    Sorry for all the commemts, i tend to get so many ideas and fore them back. Not sure what brand lee you use. But perhpas look into the brand Govee. Its a pretty affordable brand and you can control colors, scenes what ever you want. You can even show the colors from your tv all accross the lled setup. Its really sick!

    I would suggest to make an epoxy proof wall covering the gaps (some tape or oil to prevent the expoxy sticking) from behind with some hot silicon to seal it and then filling the gaps with some more expoxy. Sand all the sides stright to the original wood and turn it to satin or even mate finish so the texture really pops up. Great work!

    I had to look why that livingroom is so big seeing the video where you show the transformation. Stunning job gus. I live the xolor oallette, its so soothing and calm. Ps the carpet in that house is just plain weird, looks 70+89s. Yet what baffles me, it still looks like its a inch that ck. Ehat is that stuff?

  • @RomboutVersluijs
    @RomboutVersluijs4 күн бұрын

    Ps, why is it called upstairs, when it looks like it's just 1.5 meter higher? From the video it looks like there's is nothing above the dining area and the connect room? Particular floor planning in this house. Must be old

  • @RomboutVersluijs
    @RomboutVersluijs4 күн бұрын

    Checking the start of the video, how can there be even a "second level". From the exterior it looks like a single floor house. Yet the second floor has flat ceilings jg, not clear view to the roof. Does that mean when you enter the house, you actually lower first? Edit I'm European, so I'm not very familiar with USA housing styles. I guess the backend of the house is higher vs the front part. We just don't see that from the opening shot. I'm used to 2-3 level house from Europe. Rows of house, all the same. Not much people have single standing home. They are there but cost a small fortune
