Kettlebell Abs Workout - 10 Minute Workout

This kettlebell workout will help you to build functional abs and burn fat!
We'll be doing a core focused workout, but we'll still work other muscle groups to help burn calories - If you want your abs to show you should focus on getting a lower body-fat percentage. This 10-minute kettlebell routine will target your core from all angles as well, adding to that functional strength and definition.
You can use any weight kettlebell, but I wouldn't recommend going too heavy. Also feel free to use different weights for different movements depending on your current fitness level.
At the end of the day, all that matters is that you do your best.
