Place the portion of dough on one paper cover it with another piece of parchment paper and roll out a roti, to make it circular in shape make use a round cutter. Alternatively you may use tortilla press to get round shape roti.
Step 3: Heat a non stick tava on medium flame, place the roti on the tava for 1 to 1.5 mins. Once bubbles are formed on the roti, turn it over to other side. Press the roti well to cook evenly on both sides. Gluten free soft rotis are ready to be served with any vegetable dish or they can be used for burrito or veg rolls.

Very good recipes! It's about 2 years since I've been mixing both almond and coconut flours to make rotis; I love them as they're much tastier than rotis made with whole wheat or all purpose flour. I’ve never made rotis with ONLY almond or coconut flour but I shall soon try and see if I like using them separately! Btw, I like your Roti or Tortilla Press, can you please tell me the name? Thank you. Your voice is sounding so sweetly; God bless you ma'am. Jai Shree Krishna 🙏❤
