Thank you for sharing :-). I divided the batch in 3 and added just a few drops of: Almond extract, Orange extract and Peppermint extract to get 3 different bars. I made different chocolate patterns on top to know them apart. Best is to keep them refrigerated ... if they last that long.

Oh, Bountys were one of my favorite sweets, once upon a time. The combination of coconut and dark chocolate is just divine. Although I always found them just a tad too sweet for my taste - so how lucky am I? Not only do I get too make a sugar free version now, I can also adjust the sweetness just the way Iike!

I've made something every similar to this before, they are called coconut ladoos, an Indian dessert. I love your presentation and method of putting them together. My favorite is that pooled chocolate when you sit the bars down after dipping. I break off all that and eat it before I hand the bars out! :D Also, these are fantastic with a variety of nuts.

These look amazing! I just started buying something called Unreal dark chocolate coconut bars, which are made with cassava syrup, and aren't really keto friendly, but better than the "real" candy bar. My only issue making them myself would be running out of chocolate coating due to having to lick off the forks after each dipping. :)

Oh...Mah...GAD!! These are absolutely amazing! I used bocha sweet and allulose and this has to be the best tasting keto snack I have ever had! it's a fafillion times better than a real bounty bar! Ugh, why are you so good? lol. My chocolate didnt set as hard as yours, and my coconut mixture was much more "wet". But I added more coconut and it is amazing regardless! Thanks you so much for sharing this.
