Keto BOUNTY BARS (Low Carb Coconut Chocolate Bars) | Alma's Kitchen Trebbin
INGREDIENTS:
150 grams unsweetened desiccated coconut
250 ml heavy cream
1 tbsp unsalted butter
35 grams erythritol sweetener
¼ tsp xanthan gum (optional)
CHOCOLATE COATING:
180 ml heavy cream
45 grams erythritol sweetener
100 grams dark chocolate (i used Lindt 90% cacao)
