Very simply explained, I bought this 3 years back for my hometown but due to service issue from Kent, its laying unused, I am hoping with the help of this video I will be able to get it up and running. Will post again after following these steps.

Bahut accha video tha.Kent wale product bechti hai lekin service barbaad hai.Mera yaha toh machine install ho gye lekin jo bandhe aaya tha usne water supply knob ko off छोड दिया था। Pipe connection ko thik se dekhate source se machine aur machine se supply line pe.

Sharmaji 8 ltr wale machine me 3 se 5 mahine me parts kharab ho jate hain kya aur uske replacement me 10 se 15 hazar lag jaate hain ?? Aesa ek website par review tha. Kent ki after sale service is tarah k softener ko le kar kesi hai Plz guid...

Do we have to manually put salt for every regeneration? or we put lots of salt all together which will be released in parts to make brine solutions for several separate regenerations? Thanks..!

Yes. You can put salt 50-60 kg at a time in salt tank. machine take 4 kg approximately salt in per regeneration.

Do i need pressure pump for maintaining pressure in bathrooms . I bought kent 25 ltr softner . Puzzled due to technician . He said not to install with borewell inlet

if you installed product on roof so need of pressure pump. if you installed product in borewell line need regeneration line required height more than 15 ft

esme hum ek bar me 50 kg salt put kr skte hai . . .tank capacity 100 kg ki hai...but plastic body hone ke karan hum 50 kg hi suggest krunga.
