Great speakers. I picked mine up in Crimson Red a few weeks ago with the KEF S2 stand in titanium grey. Going to get either a REL T7/x or 9/x to help them out in the lower frequencies. I had the Wireless 1 and used a REL T5/x subwoofer which brought them to another level. I low passed them with the app and it made the KEFS sound less strained in the bass region and opened up the midrange while also expanding the soundstage even more.

Thank you for your insight! Your right with a good quality subwoofer like Rel or JL will give a high level full frequency sound. Enjoy your system!

thats the problem for many people, cuz they dont want to experiment with them, they just want buy and connect and listen to quality sound as it is, but not recconecting, adjusting etc forever neverending process!!!

Price-wise it's not really in the same bracket. The Kefs in some aspects such is imaging is better. Overall I think most people find the Rubicons a step above which is should be considering the price difference.

If Marcos was wearing glasses then you could be twins! Are brighter sounding speakers better like the PMC's you mentioned? Also, I do enjoy the outtakes at the end! Thank you 😊

The passive meta's on my Hegel are smooth with no harshness. I remember seeing a review by Darko and he also favored his Hegel on the passive vs the active version saying that he experienced listening fatigue on the active's.

I have heard hegel matched with a few different kef models. While each occasion was brief it sounded good! I think I would prefer the passive with the hegel as well!

Yeah it’s unfortunate although we used copy right free music it got flagged. Sections of audio in the video are now deleted by an automated process on KZread.

buchard is much better with bass

I think, turning down the background music is better than getting rid of it totally. Personally, I don't really notice it too much when I'm watching on my phone.

Thank you for the feedback! we had few people mention it and some people who like have a bit of music. We already have a few videos made however on future videos we are going to turn it right down when we are speaking.
