I'm not making any comparisons in terms of accomplishments but simply in terms of style of play, Kawhi Leonard plays so similar to the GOAT Michael Jordan, defensively he's a monster and offensively he has a killer mindset and identical play style in some of these highlights. He does already have 1 ring & finals MVP, and 2 defensive POY, and is in regular season MVP talks and could be possibly acquiring CP3 this offseason? Man this guy can be something special, more than he already is. It's not a coincidence he's signed with Jordan brand either.

As a Spurs fan this particular year was a joy to watch… We felt this was our future, obviously a year later Kawhi wanted to leave. Hopefully Wemby can get us back to this joyful feeling.

He’s the player he is today because of his time with the spurs and he wasn’t injury prone before 2018. Spurs kawhi will always be the best version of KL. You wouldn’t have seen kawhi winning it in Toronto if not for his experiences on a dynasty with one of the greatest coaches of all time.

Kawhi today is still a freak. But have to admit he was more clutch in the 2016-17 season compared to now the 2018-19 NBA season with the Raptors. I hope Kawhi proves me wrong though

MVP and DPOY candidate for 2 straight years...without even trying. Best player right now, period. 1-2 more rings, 1 MVP, a few more allstar and all nba/defense teams for sure. Just entering his prime and career already hall-of-fame bound. Barring injuries, he will climb the all-time rankings, around 12-20 all time at least. All this without the noise and attention-seeking like that of other "superstars". He really is TD's successor.
