And no Klay missed 2 games so he played 66% of the series, thats a shitload of the series missed, nice try. There was no chance for the Raptors without an absolute ton of Warrior injuries and Raptors stay completely healthy(not miss games) which is what happened.

@@raghavsinghvi5500 No Kawhi wasn't injured. He didnt miss a single gd playoff game, Cousins did. Klay missed the 4th quarter of game 6 which was a 3pt game and Klay was dominating. If he stayed healthy they for sure win that game. Your right its not the Raps fault that their championship is tainted and won by the injury gods but it is. If EITHER Klay or KD is healthy Raps lose, they get swept if both play. Thats how lucky Raps were and how tainted their chip is.

Remember, its not all about scoring, when he went against lebron in the 2013 finals he was averaging like idk 10ppg but definitely had an effect. Man that 2019 Raptor team was something special. Had a bunch of guys who were almost there and couldn't quite get to the top and some rising stars and then you add a veteran, determined presence like Kawhi to the mix and you get greatness. He's so beautifully complete. He popped into my attention when he was in San Antonio kick'n Golden State's ass in the playoffs and they couldn't do anything about it. Then he got hurt and here we are. I observed strength, stamina, balance, finesse, touch, speed, power, footwork, dunks and scores with either hand, scores in the paint, great mid-range game, shoots the 3, beautiful shot motion, beautiful passer, a leaper, plays excellent defense, reads the floor. To me, he's like a suped up super-powered James Worthy (not a stretch, lookit James' highlights, and demeanor). Immediately, "that's my guy". This playoff run was epic and all-time. His performance in it was Mike-esque. And he's still ascending.

that season when he got injured by zaza, he was tearing the league apart on his own.

I actually have respect for Kawhi because of this playoff run, he ended the Warriors dynasty, and gave balance to the NBA again. Even tho I'm a LeBron/Lakers fan, and he's playing for the enemy, he's still one of my favorite players. LeBron, Kawhi, KD, Steph and Harden are the players that influenced my style of play.

2006 Wade. 2009 Kobe. 2011 Dirk. 2016 LeBron. 2019 Kawhi. My top 5 favorite runs. Dirk being my favorite run... Even though he ruined Kobe's second threepeat 😭

Never underestimate Kawhi. Period.

He is such a Freak! You can just see it by the way he plays and how he gets hit in almost every possession but he still somehow manages to finish the play and even score! The humble actions after every play also show how much of a professional and a phenomenal person he is! He gets hit, so what carry on, on to the next play! Amazing player!

His teammates just let him do his thing and paid off BIG time.. 🔥

They all knew the ball was going to an injured Kawhi and he still came clutch for Toronto. Truly a great performance and I was glad to see it taken from Golden State #KLAW

This run was magical 😭😭

The stuff he was doing in the sixers series was just Insane... there entire team looked awful that series and he just willed them to 4 games

@@VolcardoReviewer lowry and Fred were awful (Fred unplayable) Bc of the sixers size no bench shooters could hit a 3 to save there life... ibaka did play well siakam was alright he hurt them a lot on the road blowouts though I just remember seeing kwaih pull up for a contested mid range and knowing it was money everytime 😂

Watching this Kawhilights still gives me goosebumps today! Sheesh! What a legendary playoff performance by the Terminator!

To this day the kings and raptors atmosphere is still the best

I'd say game Game 6 Warriors vs Rockets was pretty epic. Game 6 Finals would've been the best if fucking danny green didn't injure Klay

@@jeffreyxu6430 Danny Green undercut Klay causing him to pull his hamstring in game 2 (and had to miss game 3). And then he fouls Klay on a breakaway dunk in game 6 (when he was on pace to drop 50) and tears his ACL. Both times, it's Danny Green. Hell of a coincidence

@@john50beach18 bullshit. Klay was trying to draw a foul, that's more on klay than green. In game 6, klay was going for a dunk, and green tried to block it but fouled him. There were worse attempts at fouls.

Without an guard like Lowry, Kawhi is playing harder in Clippers. Without a superstar like Kawhi, Raptors is not a champs contender. This is the best year for both Raps and Kawhi up to now.

He didn’t carry them. The Bucks and Warriors series were all a team effort. He played amazing vs Philly and scored most of the points but he still had help In that series as well.
