I was in the North West Territories watching the game at a bar. It was packed and I will never forget watching THAT shot. It truly was felt across the whole of the second largest country on earth. Kawhi, you gave me the most special moment I have had from watching sports. And I am a football fan more so than basketball! A Patriots fan at that! Thank you Kawhi.

The foot steps from the shot he took in Game 7 against Philly gave me chills. That was a very nice touch to the tribute video and really cool.

Maybe not that long. The front office that put this whole thing together is still around. And they are top of the class man. The Raptors were able to win because they had good pieces to trade and the supporting cast, coaching staff, medical staff, etc. in place was amazing. So when the opportunity to get a superstar came up, they were ready. They're still only a superstar and maybe another 1-2 supporting pieces away form winning again.

It’s 2022, I’m watching this and still tearing up. Will be at the Raps v Clippers game today and looking forward to seeing Kawhi.

Amazing welcome back for Board Man! Video gave me chills....knew Toronto was gonna celebrate Kawhi right! Really awesome to witness

Raps supporter since 2001. Gone are the dark days. From our struggling days with our old core, from VC to Bosh to DD & company, Kawhi You wont be forgotten. Thank You for bringing the LB trophy to Canada & to us real fans that never gave up on our team. I was in attendance at the game of Game 7 against Philly with my Dad & we'll never forget that shot ever in our lives. Beautiful... A fan base that desperately needed a true superstar. A superstar whose heart was questioned and was counted out, yet delivered a championship his first year back. It was one truly very special season.

I still come back every few months to rewatch this 😭 it’s so funny that he thought Toronto would boo him ❤️

They're still pretty fun. Not contenders right now, but watching Siakam VanVleet and Anunoby get better every week is awesome. Add the toughness and smarts of Lowry & Gasol, plus a front office that always finds diamonds in the rough (watch for Terence Davis - another undrafted rookie) and I still feel blessed to be a fan.

The way they mapped out the footsteps was so tufffff

Love my city for this; most disrespected team in the NBA and yet we still showed this man respect when he expected boos. Classy! 💪🏽

@@im_waffles2920 I've seen other players get booed badly for leaving like Kyrie Irving and AD the other day. I'm glad Toronto could look beyond him leaving despite the disappointment.
